| In recent years,the development of technical education in our country has made great achievements.While the scale of technical education continues to expand,teachers of technical education are facing various problems such as lowering the threshold for students to enter the school,lack of teachers’ sense of accomplishment;lack of teacher management methods and methods;The further development of technical education also has an impact on the professional burnout of teachers in technical colleges.This article takes S Private Technical College as the research object,and hopes to provide suggestions on alleviating or coping with the problem of job burnout through empirical research.This research first defines the core concepts,sorts out,summarizes and summarizes the relevant literature on the research status at home and abroad,and sorts out related theories at the same time.Based on the analysis of the research status,determine the MBI job burnout measurement scale suitable for research.Secondly,take the teachers of Zhengzhou S Technician College as the research sample,and use the questionnaire survey method to collect data on the job burnout scale of 222 teachers in Zhengzhou S Technician College And information,use SPSS25.0 to analyze the data,explore the degree of job burnout of teachers in Zhengzhou S Technician College,and then analyze the differences in job burnout of teachers of different gender,marital status,age,education,teaching age,professional title,monthly income and concurrent administrative positions Sex.Thirdly,through one-on-one interviews with 9 faculty members with different characteristics on their knowledge of job burnout and the source of job burnout,the influencing factors of teacher job burnout in S Technician College are determined.Finally,according to the influencing factors of teacher burnout,summarize and categorize the influencing factors,combined with the actual situation of Zhengzhou S Technician College,put forward the management to deal with Zhengzhou S Technician College’s teacher burnout from the organizational level,group level and individual level Suggest.The study found that among the 222 teachers of Zhengzhou S Technician College surveyed,the most prominent manifestation of burnout was emotional exhaustion.In terms of emotional exhaustion,there are significant differences in the job burnout of faculty members under the characteristics of age,education,teaching age,and professional title.There are no significant differences in the level of job burnout among teachers of different genders,different marital status,and whether they hold administrative positions.In order to alleviate the phenomenon of teacher burnout,S Technician Academy can take targeted measures at the organizational level,group level,and individual level,and take effective measures by building a happy working atmosphere,strengthening team building,and human resource self-adaptability. |
