| Since the reform and opening up,China’s social structure and people’s life style has undergone tremendous changes,but a series of problems and social contradictions also arise,all kinds of emergencies frenquently happen;the national colleges and universities is one of the "hardest hit".Especially in recent years,the number of unexpected events in colleges and universities exposed by the public media is increasing.These events make bad influences,which not only damage the safety of life and property of teachers and students,but also damage the image of the university in the public mind.Therefore,the national crisis management is an important area and focus is on the university side.In fact,China’s current college emergency management is very immature,especially in this area of ideological and political education,and it is still in the initial stage.This paper attempts to study the management of emergencies in colleges and universities from the perspective of ideological and political education by acquiring the experiences of foreign developed countries’ crisis management in order to improve the positive and crisis consciousness of all teachers and students,thus reducing the possibility and destructive power of the crisis.Based on the existing literature and national conditions,this paper analyzes the role of ideological and political education in public crisis management from two aspects of theory and practice,and explores how ideological and political education can play a role in forecasting,public opinion and experience in emergency management,and investigates how to better achieve its function of the effective way in the current conditions and the actual situation.The first part is the introduction,mainly elaborated the research background,the purpose and the literature review,etc;the second part is the related theory introduction;the third part takes the NC university as an example and deeply analyzes the university emergency management;the fourth part analyzes the differences of the ideological and political education of the domestic and foreign countries and puts forward the reference path;the fifth part puts forward recommendations.China’s colleges and universities should further strengthen and improve the early warning mechanism of ideological and political education in crisis management.And improvement of the mechanism of early warning should focus on the following aspects:to strengthen the soft management to enhance awareness tracking of early warning mechanism of the ideological and political education;to integrate theory with practice to enhance the content of early warning mechanism of ideological and political education;to increase the social participation to enhance the way of early warning mechanism of ideological and political education;to reinforce the system construction to enhance system of early warning mechanism of the ideological and political education;to improve the educational methods to enhance the value orientation of early warning mechanism of ideological and political education. |
