Exploration The Way Of The Combination Of Crisis Management With Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities

The crisis exists in every period of social development.Nowadays,the rapid development of social economy in China makes crisis management in the public sector increasingly complex.College students are most susceptible to public crisis events.Therefore,crisis management in colleges and universities seriously threatens the normal teaching order,the safety of life and property of teachers and students,as well as social harmony and stability.At present,the theoretical system of crisis management in colleges and universities in China is still in the process of improvement.The role of crisis management in the ideological and political education of college students has not been given full play,and there is a lack of relevant research on the combination of the two.Faced with frequent crisis events in colleges and universities,it is of great practical significance to realize the effective combination of the two.This paper will start with the concept of public crisis management and ideological and political education in Colleges and universities,analyze the correlation between them,combine the methods of theory and case analysis,analyze the feasibility of the combination of crisis management and ideological and political education in Colleges and universities,and deeply explore the effective path and way of the combination of crisis management and ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.The article is divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction,which describes the background,significance and current situation of the research;the second part describes the public crisis management in Colleges and universities,ideological and political education of college students,and explores the relationship between the two by analyzing the theoretical basis of the research;the third part determines the working principles of the combination of crisis management and ideological and political education in Colleges and universities;the fourth part is based on the theory Based on the 4R Theory of crisis management,this paper constructs the path system of the combination of public crisis management and ideological and political education in Colleges and universities,and probes into the combination mode of crisis management and ideological and political education in Colleges and Universities Based on the combination path;the fifth part summarizes the research conclusion and puts forward the research prospect.
