It's a long-standing problem which the construction of preschool education in China,released by the end of 2015,?Social blue book;Chinese social situation analysis and forecast in 2016?from China Academy of Social Sciences pointed out:At the present stage,the contradiction between supply and demand of preschool education in China has a certain degree of ease,but also can not solve the problem of development.Most of the city nowadays,especially the large and medium cities is not optimistic,in 2015 two children policy has been promoted and implemented officially,with the next wave of"baby boom" are likely to happen at any time,"kindergarten crunch" problem will be the focus of research in the construction of service-oriented government.Therefore,this article hopes do the investigation to the new district of Wuhan about the kindergarten crunch,through questionnaire,face to face in-depth interviews and other methods to collected first-hand information.Then combine the results with the literature references,plus key points analysis,so as to provide a significant reference for the government about the governance and development of public education service.The research regional is Nanhu group-one of the "Four new city" in Wuhan that focusing on development and construction.It represents kindergarten crunch problem areas with large emerging community that densely populated.I am able to investigate among the representative communities due to my unique job condition.Hence,to gather a large amount of research data and information with great reference value is feasible.Based on the result of this research,causes of kindergarten crunch is not the only issue within Nanhu regional,while some developing areas of Wuhan is also facing a similar situation.Thus,there is a certain representativeness according to the result above.In conclusion,this article proposes reasonable suggestions that subject to the perspective of public management based on the basis of research results.Last but not least,innovative ideas were proposed as well in terms of solving admission difficulties for preschool and kindergarten students.
