Education plays an important role in the economic and social development of a country among which preschool education in kindergartens is the beginning of a person’s acceptance of systematic education.This is the foundation of the entire education system.The development of preschool education affects the growth process of every school-age child.At the same time,the harmony and stability of the whole society and the future development of the whole country are also affected.The problem of "Kindergarten Crunch" is an overall problem.Therefore,this requires systematic reform and adjustment by the government.On the basis of data,literature research,survey research and comparative research were adopted.According to the actual investigation results,the phenomenon of "Kindergarten Crunch" is obvious in the main urban area of Chengdu.In this paper,statistical data and policy documents are collected,which can fully understand the current development status of kindergartens in Chengdu.Field research and other methods were adopted,which could provide an in-depth understanding of preschool education in the main urban area of Chengdu.The basic situation and typical cases of kindergartens in the main urban area of Chengdu are analyzed and summarized,which can summarize the overall characteristics and differences.The problems of Chengdu municipal government in the current development of kindergartens have been deeply discussed,which can help to find the government reasons for the "Kindergarten Crunch" in the main urban areas.Theory needs to be connected with practice.The relevant theories of public administration and the experience of the developed areas of preschool education at home and abroad can be applied,which can be put forward from the aspects of scientific planning,responsibility positioning,mechanism optimization,policy making.In the use of preschool education funds,the government can appropriately increase financial investment and make reasonable allocation;On the basis of recognizing the public service nature of preschool education,the government adheres to the principle of universal benefit.The public service system for preschool education has been established and improved.Relevant laws should be enacted as soon as possible to ensure the healthy and orderly development of preschool education.
