This paper dedicates to research "Three Sections of Inquiry Learning"(TSIL)in high school biology teaching under new curriculum reforms of basic education,in order to change the current phenomenon of low efficiency in tradtional biology teaching,to improve teaching effectiveness,to promote the student's biology abilities of learning,to be active classroom,and to culture students' interest in learning biology.On the basis of theoretical research at home and abroad,combining the teaching situation of JiLinLiShuNo.1 middle school in Jilin province,the author applied the TSIL to his biological classroom.The implementation and evaluation of TSIL were done with case studies,interview method and questionnaire survey.The results of specific case analysis,interview method and questionnaire survey showed that the TSIL teaching mode in middle school is feasibility,because most students agreed with the TSIL,70%of the students can complete the preparation before class,most of the students are willing to express their views in class.The class effect showed that the average scores of students in TSIL class were increased after a semester of the author practice,confirming the high class efficiency of the TSIL teaching mode.At the same time,the effective measures to solve these problems.reflected in the process of the TSIL,were put forward.
