With the popularization of the new curriculum and more educational reforms,making students' innovation progress ability and independent thinking ability is one of the core problems.Dalian No.13 middle school tries to innovate the teaching method,refer to the teaching mode of three questions and three-step exploring originated from Xishan No.1 middle school,and carry out the teaching mode of using three questions and three probes guiding plan with our own characteristics.The teaching mode of three questions and three-step exploring is divided into four parts:self exploration of setting questions,exploration of solving questions and expanding application.Through the first three levels of questioning,students can find and put forward problem,then through the three levels of inquiry,students can analyze and solve problems.Finally,classroom summary,exercise writing and knowledge network diagram summary are carried out to expand the application.The core idea of this mode is to combine questions and probes with the teaching content closely,take students as the main body,guide students to produce question and carry out probes to solve questions.In this study,the sophomores of our school as the main research object,through literature research,questionnaire survey,interview,comparative analysis,experience summary method,to carry out high school biology three questions and three-step exploring guidance case design and practical research.In the design of the guiding plan,this study abides by the subjectivity principle,hierarchy principle,guiding principle and aesthetic principle required by the mode of three questions and three-step exploring,and displays six guiding plans applied to different courses.Talking about biology from DNA is the first three questions and three-step exploring guiding case of biology in our university,which is applied to the subject infiltration course and is improved after many problems are exposed and the three cases of organelle division and cooperation within the system,Mendel's pea hybridization experiment and the relationship between neural regulation and hormone regulation are applied to the ordinary classroom teaching,and the results are so good.In the process,textbook play,scenario simulation teaching,teacher-student interaction,character separation ratio experiment and combination with real life are designed and the structure of community is applied to the school level open class,focusing on the consistency of knowledge and the echo with different chapters and the improved guidance case ecosystem and environmental protection is applied to the city level observation class,and has been widely listened to teacher's praise.This study takes the lesson community structure as an example to show the practice of the concept of three questions and three probes in the class;interviews with students and teachers after class to record their views on the three questions and three-step exploring guiding plan from different angles and at the same time,questionnaires are issued after class to further study the students' attitude towards the three questions and three-step exploring guiding plan;after the implementation of the guiding plan teaching in our school,the three questions and three-step exploring guiding plan is put forward.The results of the mid-term examination and final examination of the sophomores in senior high school were collected,and the paired t-test and Pearson correlation coefficient were analyzed by SPSS.The results showed that the students' scores were generally improved after the application of three questions and three-step exploring teaching plan.After analyzing the practical results of the learning guidance plan,the learning guidance plan is improved in this study.Referring to the bilingual handout mode of Shihezi high school in Xinjiang,this paper attempts to integrate English examples into the guidance case of three questions and three-step exploring,so as to stimulate students' interest,and guide students to get close to the research progress of life science,so as to be in line with international practice.This study summarizes experience from continuous practice,improves the guiding plan,and at the same time modifies the teaching mode of three questions and three-step exploring to make it more in line with the school's learning situation;this study deposits the excellent research results in recent years to form the guiding plan set,so that teachers in the group can integrate the results into the front-line teaching,make more students benefit,and cultivate more talents for the country.
