| This study aims to improve students’ ability to pass the ball through the "rule restriction law",and to provide the basis for the training methods of college specialization.Basketball movement of the ball technology and awareness level throughout the training and competition process,the players pass the ball to improve the ability to reduce mistakes,increase the fluency of the game an important part of the quality of the ball directly affect the team The level of attack.Therefore,the training,development of basketball students to pass the ability to pass the ball in the game played a very important role.In this paper,we use the "rule restriction method" to limit the dribbling method to carry on the experiment,to explore the difference between the analysis and the traditional teaching classroom training method.In this study,we mainly study the research methods such as literature,interview,experiment,video observation and mathematical statistics.The Application of "Rule Restriction Law" to Train the Students’ Ability to Pass the Ball in College Basketball.To the Shanxi Normal University College of Physical Education 14 Basketball special 2 classes as the experimental object,specializing in a class for the control group.The experimental group was trained by the "rule restriction method".The control group was trained according to the traditional teaching and training methods.After 12 weeks of training experiment,the experimental data were collected and the results of the study were obtained through the analysis and comparison of the data.From this experiment,the conclusion is:(1)"Rule Restriction Law" restricts dribbling training,so that students in the game highlights the skills and methods of transmission more effective,to train students in training and competition in the ballless movement and the ability to read the game to promote Role;through training,to enhance the students ’motor skills and sports awareness,improve students’ ability to adapt,rhythm control ability to capture and capture the ability to attack opportunities.(2)the use of "rule restrictions" training,students in the wrong control has a certain degree of improvement.This shows that the "rule limit method" training effectively reduces the level of student anxiety,improve the students’ observation,analysis and judgment ability,so that students learn to adjust and control their own mental state.(3)Through the experiment,it is proved that the training of the rule restriction law strengthens the students’ tactics,time and rules consciousness,and nurtures the tactical accomplishment,which has obvious effect on improving the player’s consciousness level,the technical and tactical execution ability and the team cooperation consciousness The(4)The results show that the "rule restriction method" training is a simple and practical training method,and the students have special technical and tactical ability to have a good effect. |
