Research purposes: in 2014,the ministry of education released a document on the purpose of promoting physical and mental health and physical fitness of young people.At the same time,the central committee of the communist party of China and the state council also proposed to widely carry out "national hundreds of millions of students' sunshine sports" to encourage students to go to the playground,into the nature,and into the sun,so as to enhance the physical quality of young people.The purpose of this paper is to compare the effects of five-body ball,basketball and martial arts on the balance ability,Provide reference for developing exercise methods to improve students' physical fitness.Research method: this paper took 60 boys from 3 interest classes in grade 2 of shenzhen no.2 senior high school as experimental subjects(20 students in five body ball interest class,20 students in group A,basketball interest class,20 students in group B and martial arts interest class,group C).Through the three interest classes students are respectively 10 Friday body ball sports,basketball sports and martial arts.Two classes are arranged twice a week,45 minutes for each class,moderate intensity exercise,three interest classes are tested for balance ability,sensitivity and coordination ability before training and 10 weekends respectively.Spss16.0 software was used for statistical analysis: before the exercise intervention,the test data of A,B and C were analyzed by one-way anova.Paired T test was used for comparison before and after exercise intervention,and one-way anova was used for comparison of group A,B and C after exercise intervention,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Research result :(1)the P value of sensitivity and coordination ability of middle school students before and after five-body ball and basketball training was less than0.01,which was statistically significant.The P values of middle school students' balance ability,sensitivity and coordination ability before and after wushu training were all less than 0.01,with statistical significance.(2)test results of standing on one leg with eyes closed at the 10 th weekend:wushu group was superior to five-body ball group(P<0.05)and basketball group(P<0.01);However,there was no significant difference between the five-body ball group and the basketball group(P > 0.05).(3)the test results of the hexagonal kick at the 10 th weekend: the five-body ball group was superior to the basketball group(P< 0.01)and the martial arts group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between basketball group and wushu group(P > 0.05).(4)test results of 20 s cross slap at the 10 th weekend: there was no statistically significant difference between the five-body ball group and the basketball group(P=0.78),but the five-body ball group(P<0.01)and the basketball group(P<0.05)were both better than the martial arts group.Analysis conclusion:(1)Martial arts sports have obvious effects on improving the balance ability of middle school students;(2)Basketball has a significant effect on improving the coordination ability of middle school students;(3)Five-body ball exercise has obvious effects on improving the sensitivity and coordination ability of middle school students.The study reveals that the five-body sports can be promoted in the middle school physical education curriculum as the same sports as basketball and martial arts.
