Reading is an important approach to cognition and perception of things for human,through reading,people can increase knowledge,obtain certain value standard,also can promote personal command of knowledge and moral accomplishment.In the wake of the development of modern society,mankind has entered a new era of digital,ways of traditional paper reading can not meet the needs of the development of social production and people life learning,reading carrier has been more and more on social software,through the Internet technology such as electronic media for people to read.In the age of digital reading,digital information is geometrically doubling every day,the good and evil information mixed up of digital content,college students,as a typical example of the use of digital media,need to read scientifically.Therefore,digital reading literacy will become a basic literacy of the contemporary college students.In order to better guide college students to read,it is becoming a urgent problem to evaluate the digital reading literacy of college students in the present.This research closely around the theme,and through study and analysis of related literature about evaluation of the digital reading literacy,according to the existing research status and related theoretical basis,this research build a digital reading literacy content structure model for college students.College students digital reading literacy structural elements can be divided into digital reading consciousness,digital reading knowledge,ability of digital reading,reading methods and strategies,digital reading moral-five dimensions,on the basis of the construction of the digital reading to accomplish evaluation system of college students,and design the evaluation scheme.In order to further verify the feasibility of evaluation index,this study randomly selected from the Shanxi Normal University undergraduate student 125 people,Shanxi institute of information technology college students125 people,as the subjects,mainly adopts questionnaire investigation and interview method,the digital reading literacy of college students has carried on the investigation and analysis,the results further verified rationally the evaluation system.The full text is divided into seven parts,specific as follows:The first part: introduction.It mainly introduces the research origin of this study,the significance,contents and means of the research.The second part: the research both at home and abroad.It mainly discusses about digital reading literacy evaluation at home and abroad in digital reading evaluation and reading literacy evaluation,digital literacy evaluation,to provide reference and bedding for subsequent research.The third part:the related concept definition and theoretical basis.Drawing on the basis of existing research in this paper,it get the institute's research theory and the digital reading,reading literacy,digital literacy,digital reading literacy rerunning the definition,etc.The fourth part:to build digital reading literacy content structure model about the university student.Based on the existing research status and related theoretical,it need to build college students digital reading literacy content structure model.The fifth part:to build digital reading literacy evaluation system about the college students.On the basis of the fourth chapter digital reading literacy content structure dimensions,it need to build the relevant evaluation index and weight distribution.The sixth part: college students digital reading literacy evaluation scheme.On the basis of the fourth and fifth chapter,it have combination of quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation,formative evaluation and summation evaluation method of combining the design evaluation scheme for college students.The seventh part: research conclusion and reflection.To summarize the results of the study,and draw the innovation of this article and deficiency,do guide for follow-up studies.
