In November 2012,the report of the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the idea of "developing nationwide reading activities".From 2014 to 2022,"advocating universal reading" has been continuously written into the government work report,and the national digital reading rate in China has also increased year by year.According to the data,the proportion of people who choose digital reading is as high as 79%.Digital reading has gradually become the most important way for people to read and learn.With the advent of the era of mobile Internet and the wide popularization and application of digital reading devices,students can get the information and resources they need more conveniently and quickly.However,there are also many problems,such as how to correctly extract favorable information in the face of complex information in digital reading,which are related to students’ digital reading literacy.At the same time,the development of national education evaluation reform also pays attention to students’ digital reading literacy.However,the current research on digital reading literacy is only to define the concept of students’ digital reading literacy,or to reveal the current situation of students’ digital reading literacy,or to draw up the framework dimension of students’ digital reading literacy.However,there is little research on the implementation of students’ digital reading literacy.This provides direction and guidance for this study.Therefore,this study mainly focuses on the construction of digital reading literacy assessment system for junior high school students in the era of mobile interconnection,through the use of literature analysis,with "digital reading","electronic reading" and "social reading" as search keywords,to assess the existing books,master’s papers,journal papers and national policies of junior high school students’ digital reading literacy.Put forward the focus of this study.At the same time,it adopts the method of investigation and research to carry out investigation and research on some junior middle schools in Guangxi,combines online and offline ways,collates and analyzes the collected data,and summarizes the problems in the current digital reading literacy assessment of junior middle school students,mainly as follows:the main consciousness of the implementation of digital reading literacy assessment is weak;The implementation of digital reading literacy assessment is subjective and one-sided.Tracing back to its root,the main reasons are that the evaluation system of digital reading literacy is not yet mature,the evaluation literacy of teachers and students is weak,and the special education guidance of digital reading literacy evaluation is lacking.Therefore,it is proposed to build a digital reading literacy evaluation system for junior high school students in the era of mobile Internet.Combining with the literature and practical problems,guided by the fourth generation evaluation theory,we should adhere to the evaluation design principles of the unity of integrity and independence,the combination of guidance and development,and the combination of scientificity and operability.Four dimensions of digital reading literacy of junior high school students are selected: digital reading knowledge,digital reading ability,digital reading consciousness and digital reading morality.Combined with the expert consultation method,the evaluation system of digital reading literacy for junior high school students is finally constructed,and the weight is calculated.Finally,the digital reading literacy assessment system for junior high school students is combined with cases to ensure that it can really be applied to the actual implementation of digital reading literacy assessment,in order to promote the development of educational evaluation.
