Building a high-quality teacher team is the key to change from a large educational country to an educational power.Therefore,upgrading the quality level of the teaching staff is the most important part of deepening the reform of education.The scientific evaluation of kindergarten teachers is an important condition to improve the overall quality of kindergarten teachers.Only by investigating and studying the needs of kindergarten teachers' quality evaluation can the quality evaluation of kindergarten teachers be scientific and accurate.Therefore,the study of kindergarten teachers' quality evaluation needs is the inner requirement of improving the quality of kindergarten teachers.At the beginning of this study,the opportunity of principal training in Taiyuan was taken full advantage of in 2016.6 principal directors and 5 teachers who participated in the training were investigated,and the research tools were revised and perfected on the basis of this.A formal investigation to participate in the 2016 Shanxi kindergarten teacher training transfer "project and the" 2016 Shanxi province rural kindergarten teachers visit schools"project participants for the survey,including 182 teachers,middle-level managers(kindergarten director,deputy director and business park long)18.The requirements of kindergarten teachers' quality evaluation in Shanxi province were investigated by means of literature,questionnaire and interview.Through the collation and analysis of the survey results,this study draws two conclusions.On the one hand,kindergarten teachers have a universal demand for quality evaluation.These common requirements embodied in three aspects: first,enhance the status of teachers in teacher quality evaluation;second,teachers hope to strengthen teacher quality evaluation and teacher professional development;third,strengthening the effectiveness of teacher quality evaluation.On the other hand,teachers in different stages of development pay more attention to the needs of teachers' quality evaluation.Age below 5 years the demand of novice teachers is to help them successfully adapt to the post;seniority in the mature teachers of 6-10 years,highlighting their needs is to help improve the education scientific researchability;highlight the needs of backbone teachers in more than 10 years of teaching for the professional development of the breakthrough,stimulate the work enthusiasm,relieve occupation burnout.Finally,this study puts forward the following suggestions: in view of the common needs of teachers for quality evaluation,we should change the concept of evaluation and change from rewards and punishments to teachers' development.Change the evaluation feedback mechanism,and strengthen the development function of evaluation.Pay attention to the self-evaluation of teachers,and maintain the dominant position of teachers.Optimize the evaluation link,and improve the actual effect of evaluation.To highlight the needs of teachers in different stages of development,to develop an open evaluation standard,enhance the appropriateness evaluation;innovation evaluation form,to achieve efficient use of the resources of the park;create conditions,by experts in education strength,help to improve the quality of teachers.
