Improper mathematics learning strategy is one of the main reasons for students' mathematics learning burden. It is can help improve the efficiency of learning mathematics to explore the learning strategy characteristics of junior middle school students, whose mathematics learning efficiency is high,and evaluate the level of mathematics learning strategies of junior high school students.The research problems include: (1) to make the questionnaire of junior high school students' mathematics learning strategy; (2) to explore the learning strategy characteristics of junior middle school students, whose mathematics learning efficiency is high: (3) to make a reasonable suggestion for teaching.To make the questionnaire, firstly, using the method of literature to find the basis of related theory and combined with the experts' proposal to construct preliminary questionnaire model. Then, through sampling many times and according to the result of factor analysis and experts' advice, modify and optimize the questionnaire. Finally, determine the questionnaire by analyzing the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. With self-made questionnaire as a research tool, firstly, using SPSS to deal with the questionnaire data, combining with the significance level and the effect size to compare and analyze the differences between junior middle school students of different mathematics learning efficiency in mathematics learning strategies. Then, using AMOS to explore the path model between mathematics learning strategy of junior middle school students,whose mathematics learning efficiency is high, and their mathematics learning performance.The research conclusion includes: (1) The questionnaire has good reliability and validity and can be used as a tool to investigate and evaluate the level of junior high school students' mathematics learning strategies. (2)0n the overall level of mathematics learning strategies, there is a very big difference between effective and ineffective group and bigger difference both between the efficient group and normal group, the normal group and inefficient group. (3) Junior middle school students whose mathematical learning efficiency are high, they have outstanding performance in mathematics cognitive strategies, followed by mathematics resource management strategies, finally are the mathematical metacognitive strategies. They have outstanding performance in the rehearsal strategies, elaborative strategies, planning strategies, reflection and adjustment strategies, time management strategies and mind management strategies.(4) Cognitive strategies have both direct and indirect effect on mathematics learning performance, the effects are big. Metacognitive strategies and resource management strategies both have degree effect on mathematics learning performance.Teaching suggestions include attaching great importance to the guidance of rehearsal strategies and elaborative strategies, strengthen the guidance of time management strategies and mind management strategies, pay attention to training the consciousness of plan strategies and reflection and adjustment strategies.
