The new biology curriculum standard proposed that more attention should be paid to the cultivation of students' abilities, Under the requirements of“learning to learn,to be human, to appreciate, to create and to develop," the main subjects of the education are all students, and the focuses of it are the demands of students' all-round and life-long development. The students that I have taught in Dagang Oilfield Senior High School belongs to a special group, Many students are living without parents' love,because the majority of parents of them are engaged in the field work outside. The long-term lack of parents' love and family education result in many negative problems, such as many children' s lack of eccentric temperament, selfish ,inferiority, caring consciousness and lack of teamwork. Therefore, to understand the basic status of humanistic of high school students in this area, to trace the lack of high school education factors in the oilfield, to cultivate students' love to the nature, life and the biology curriculum are the main tasks of the teaching reform in the middle schoo of Dagang Oil field.After reading a lot of literature materials, the researcher first did some questionnaire on how the high school students in the oild field treat themselves,others, the society and nature. According to the relative problems that they have found in the questionnaires, the researcher finds out the causes of these problems through interviews and the relations between their families and social environment. The researcher is expecting to cultivate students' love to the nature,life and others, so as to achieve the goal of Humanistic Education.The samples originated in senior 2 students who was enrolled in 2015 in Deyuan Senior High School in Tianjin Binhai area. 60students from two parallel classes were selected as the research object. The questionnaire was conducted in these two classes showing that students are lack of humanistic ideas, especially in their basic dimensions. They are also lack of self-cognition and correct life values. The author made a further research which is based on the theory of multiple intelligences and the zone of proximal development teaching theory, combined with the researcher' s years of teaching experience, the researcher designed classes with harmonious and relaxed teaching situation, teamwork discussion free talk, personal show and so on,to teach students scientific and humanistic thought and consciousness according to different teaching contents. The two classes were investigated for a period of four months,While the control group still used the traditional teaching methods. The experimental class adopted the penetration mode in the teaching process to teach students humanities. After four months of study, the research did another questionnaire. The theory data obtained by SPSS shows that compared to the experimental classes and control classes the scores differ in 5.367 points in their own dimension, t is 2. 53 points, p=0. 006<0. 01. The result shows that through these four months of teaching, there was a significant difference between the control class and the experimental class, especially in their own dimensions, they have a better understanding on self-cognition and correct life values.In conlusion, the content of education in the infiltration of humanistic thoughts in the course of biology teaching is helpful to improve the existing level of students. Through teaching students' humanistic ideological level for themselves, others, society and nature has greatly improved, especially the effect of classroom setting, discussion and cooperation.
