With the thorough development of curriculum reforms,the new curriculum has brought the new challenge to the teacher-student relationship.Traditional relationship between teachers and students cannot adapt the new curriculum request,therefore to construct new teacher-student relationship of democracy,harmony,mutual confidence and cooperation is exactly necessary. However,from the massive education facts,we can see that the teachers and students have the harmony,consistent side in education interaction relationship,and also have divergent,the resistant conflict side.Through the literature research,questionnaire survey union research techniques,case analysis and interview,the author carries on the diagnosis,and analysis on the situation of teacher-student conflict in the present middle school biology teaching field in Shandong Province and discovers the reason which causes the teacher-student conflict in the biology teaching field,according to the specific request of the biology new curriculum reform to the teacher- student relationship,and at last propose some effective solution strategies and the suggestions,Which wants to cause the biology teachers to avoid its disadvantageous influence as far as possible in the teaching and construct the harmonious teacher -student relationship to improve the biology quality of teaching.This article altogether is composed of following several parts in the structure.Part one:question statement.Introducing the background briefly of selecting subject,the research present situation,the research goal and the methods.Part two:outlines of the teacher-student conflict.Expounding the conflict,the teacher-student conflict,the field theory,the biology teaching field,the influence factor,the research rationale and the necessity.Part three:investigation and analysis of the present situation of the teacher-student conflict in the middle school biology teaching field with the new curriculum reforms.Carrying on the basic situation investigation from the occurrence frequency,the form,the event,the processing mode and the special details investigation from the school,the biology teacher,the student and the family initiated the factor aspect of the teacher-student conflict in the biology teaching field in Shandong Province.Then proposing seven points which are worth pondering.The situation of the teacher-student conflict in the biology teaching field with the curriculum reform is both happy and worried;The teachers and students' understanding about the teacher-student conflict in the biology teaching field is inconsistent;The school,the education system school idea and the appraisal system are far from the education for all-around development;The biology teachers' thought morals quality is the most basic internal reason to cause the teacher-student conflict; Partial biology teachers' teaching idea comes apart from their educate practices;The biology teachers' service quality and the teaching ability development can not catch up with the demands of the new curriculum;The student can not understand the individuality development and the independent enhancement exactly.Part four:the solution Strategies to the teacher-student conflict in the biology teaching field.According to the diagnosis to the teacher-student conflict in the biology teaching field, proposing the solution strategies separately from the aspects such as the education system, school,biology teachers,students as well as families.Speed up the education for all-around development the step—the cornerstone to solve the teachers-student conflict and construct good teacher-student relationship;Construct the school good atmosphere—the important safeguard to solve the teachers-student conflict and construct good teacher-student relationship;Promote the teachers' accomplishment—the basis to solve the teacher-student conflict and construct good teacher-student relationship;Awaken the students' correct main body consciousness—the key to solve the teacher-student conflict and construct good teacher-student relationship;Create a good home atmosphere-the strong support to solve the teacher-student conflict and construct good teacher-student relationship.Part five:conclusion.Giving a conclusion of the study.Part six:discussion and forecast.Discussing the questions which were met in the research and forecasting how to prevent,solve the teacher-student conflict in the middle school biology teaching field,as well as how to construct good teacher-student relationship.
