A Study On The Current Situation Of Track And Field Teaching In Middle School Under The Perspective Of The National Students’ Physical Health Standard

National Student Physical Health Standard(revised in 2014) has begun to run up,The evolution and development of physical fitness standards will bring new ideas to the track and field teaching of school physical education.The track and field teaching is occupying the main part in the school sports teaching culture, it has its own special track and field training form and the training method can improve student’s physical and mental quality development effectively.In recent years, the junior high school!s track and field education has changed a great change.This paper uses the literature method,the interview method,the spot investigation method,the questionnaire survey method and the mathematical statistics method to carry on the research and Analysis on the present situation of the sports and health class teaching evaluation of the Changshou area in Chongqing City.At the same time, draw lessons from domestic and foreign colleges and universities track and field sports teaching mode, combined with the Changshou area junior high school physical education teaching environment and the basic situation of the students put forward some development strategies.Committed to doing a good job in the Changshou area of junior high school track and field teaching work, the successful completion of the task of quality education, so that students in the physical education curriculum can improve the sports skills, but also the pleasure of physical and mental,participating in the track and field sports actively.
