To meet the need of society, it's necessary to change the traditional biological education methods of knowledge teaching, intelligence development and technical ability fornung, and to put emphasis on imparting humanities knowledge and developing humanity spirits. This article targets at studying how to cultivate students` humanistic spirit through the teaching of biology in classroom.This paper is divided into introduces the meaning of humane spirit and humanity spiritual education, introduuces the necessiness of humanity spiritual education;analysis the unique advantage in implementing the humanity spiritual education of biological teaching in secondary school;discusses the measure and the channel of humanity spiritual education in biological teaching. The author through the establishment of the teacher-student relationship of equality, in the classroom teaching activities for emotional experience, case teaching, exploratory study, conducted comprehensive practical activities, the theme of the class activities, as well as extra-curricular activities enrich way for students to create feelings of the humanities situations so that students Experience in the humanistic quality of growth.From the six dimensions of the survey results, in the aesthetic level, the level of awareness of life is very significant difference in learning basic conditions, sustainable development concept, students love the quality of physical and mental health and level of a significant difference. The practices indicate: it is feasible and imperative the humanity education should be carried out in biology education in junior middle schools. That the permeating of biological education and humanity education can make students able to excavate one's own potentiality, establish correct world outlook, philosophy of life and values,train and publish the positive and healthy emotion, excite and offer biological to examine aesthetic feeling,expand the field of vision so as to widen their thoughts and give them an air of humane spirit. Training students humanistic quality is a long-term need to society, families and schools jointly with the process.
