The recently developmental of economics in china to global influent to the world-wide as international language and cultures. The Basic of Education Commission of Ministry of Education in Thailand aims to teach Chinese language as the Second language (English is the first language) to the learners.Chinese proficiency test (HSK) is the test for non-native learners. In this research from Chinese language teacher in Thailand shown that the current issue of HSK.In this research found that HSK was significant, especially for learners who graduate from high school. Moreover, the learners who pass HSK level 3 would have more chance for applying a job or study further. From the result above, teachers and learners tend to test HSK level 3.The research also shown that the result will be useful for teaching Chinese language in Thailand, and HSK level 3 of the first topic "rearrange the sentences is advantage" not many test, high score, and bit these are difficult. Hence, the researcher decide to do this research.There are 6 chapters in this researchChapter 1 Introduction: Objectives, methods.Chapter 2 literatures reviews: 1. research of HSK,2. Researches of The error Analysis of"Arrangement the completed sentences" of Thai learners toward Chinese grammar.Chapter 3 Introduction to HSK and current situation of examination in Thailand: 1.Overviews of HSK, 2.Current situation of HSK level 3 of Thai learners.Chapter 4 Investigation paper design and result analysis: 1.Rearrange the completed sentences; 10 copies of test that consists of 50 test each. Then choosing the important 20 grammar to test learners and analyzed respectively.Chapter 5 analysis of grammar errors of HSK level 3 in the topic of rearrange the completed sentences, the results of research and suggestions.Chapter 6 strategies of teaching and learning HSK level 3 in the topic of rearrange the completed sentences, the suggestion are divided into 2 part, teaching for Chinese vocabulary and teaching for Chinese grammar respectively.The researcher wishes the research will be useful for teaching and learning Chinese in Thailand, especially for learners who preparing to test HSK level 3, and also encourage to further teaching and learning Chinese in Thailand.
