Today we live in the era of information explosion and knowledge economy. The scarcity, strategic and importance of human resources have been much higher than any previous period. Colleges as a gathering place for higher talents, and its commitment to construction of China's higher education. In colleges, teachers as a lofty mission enabler, their personal qualities, job performance and the quality of work attitude will directly affect the success and failure of the mission. Therefore, how to effectively configure and develop teacher resources is the key issue that we should pay attention to. In human resource management, compensation is an important and core problem. The psychological satisfaction of the compensation recipients is directly effect on the quality of the management, and it also will react in focus, initiative and stability of jobThis research under the guidance of compensation and other related management theory and combined with domestic and foreign scholar's research results. The research chose the current situation of compensation management in A college in Beijing. In research compensation satisfaction as the breakthrough point and use the scientific research methods and statistical methods to do a comprehensive analysis. The influencing factors of the salary satisfaction of college teachers are analyzed from five ways and we find a lot of problems in management,such as, Low compensation. Competitiveness and attractiveness is relatively weak. Different level of compensation has an influence in teacher's dedication spirit. Compensation has an obvious effect in young teachers. The internal compensation makes a weak inhibition in school and it needs to be improved. Resources tilt to the elites and governors. At the last of research we provide five countermeasures include pay attention to the role of the total salary, to the implementation of performance appraisal, to young teachers group, to spirit compensation function, to the relationship between academic and administrative.
