The Survey On Satisfaction Degree Of Student Management In Private Colleges

Along with the progress of social development,the reform of higher education has been advancing.As the train builders for the Tibet society of Tibet colleges and universities undertake the task is more difficult.While student's management work is an important part of educational management,it plays more and more important.Because of the objective environment of college enrollment and the rapid economic development Also with the steady work pressure in the Tibet.The mode of student management has been unable to meet the needs of students,We must explore suitable management model for Tibet universities.Based on the research of customer satisfaction,this paper designs a questionnaire " student management job satisfaction questionnaire" to investigate the student management job satisfaction of a private university in Jiangxi province,and uses SPSS software to analyze the survey data,so as to measure the satisfaction of various management jobs.In terms of analyzing the job satisfaction of student management in a private colleges and universities,this paper takes 10 indicators to investigate: student management workers,moral education and training,learning management,apartment management,employment guidance,mental health education,reward and punishment system,award and grant,tuition loan management,party academic management and national defense education management.Through the analysis of survey data,it is found that the attitude of students in this school towards school management tends to be medium,and the number of people who are very satisfied with and dissatisfied with the management of students is less.Concretely speaking,the satisfaction degree of moral education and cultivation,learning management,scholarship and tuition loan management,business management of party and group studies and the work of party and group organizations in school a is higher.A the satisfaction degree of student management workers,employment guidance,psychological health education consulting and service work and rewards and punishments work in private colleges and universities is general.Finally,aiming at the existing problems and reasons of student management in private colleges and universities,this paper puts forward some opinions and measures to improve the satisfaction degree of student management in private colleges and universities.
