In 1905,Shanxi governor Zhang Cengyang,the political science Baoxi petitioned the government,Shanxi government normal school built on the former site to lingdetang academy,marking the beginning of the normal education in Shanxi province.With the popularization and rapid development of compulsory education in Shanxi Province,new requirements are put forward for teachers.In this paper,the research of the teacher education in Shanxi province from 1912 to 1937,mainly from the following four aspects:The introduction part mainly expounds the research significance,research status of teacher education and normal education in Shanxi province has combed and summarized,presents some current research results,the necessity of this paper made a brief description and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages,and put forward the research method and innovations.In the first chapter,"the background of normal education in Shanxi Province from 1912 to 1937",starting from the rise of Shanxi province's normal education in the late Qing Dynasty,this paper gives a brief introduction and list of the normal schools,makes a brief review of the development situation of Shanxi normal education before 1912,which paves the way for the following steps.At the same time,the development of compulsory education in this period is also an important reason for the development of Shanxi normal education.The second chapter,the development of this period of normal education in Shanxi province is divided into three stages: the initial establishment of secondary normal school(1912-1918),the basic formation of teacher education system(1919-1930)and the adjustment and development of normal education(1931-1937).To discuss the situation of the development of normal education in Shanxi Province in different periods,puts it under the background of the development of normal education in the whole country and highlights the specific development of the normal education in Shanxi province.The third chapter,"the specific implementation of normal education in Shanxi Province from 1912 to 1937",is the main part of the paper.Mainly with the normal education in Shanxi Province,from the historical practice,by studying the types of schools,educational practice,administrative management,funding sources,and the revolutionary struggle,to restore the specific implementation of the normal education in Shanxi province.There are many types of normal school in Shanxi Province during this period,a normal school,teachers training institute,teaching model,etc.Different normal schools have their different forms of education practice;due to the different types of normal schools,whether it is administrative or school funding sources are different;during this period,the relationship between normal school and revolutionary struggle is also very close,which is also an important part of the development of normal education in this period;These three aspects also present the content and characteristics of the development of Shanxi province's normal education in this period.The fourth chapter,"enlightenment of the development of normal education in Shanxi Province during 1912-1937".Through the first three chapters on the development of the normal education,which leads to the development of the current normal education,thus promoting the development of the reform of teacher education.
