| Decline year by year,the rate of teenager’s physical health studies have shown that,and is associated with increased physical exercise less,sedentary behavior.Sedentary behavior has great harmfulness to the physical and mental development of students,study at home and abroad through the first sedentary behavior were arranged,sort out the problems in the current research and research;secondly,combining the theory of planned behavior as well as the previous studies,the preparation of the questionnaire,to investigate the status quo of students’ sedentary behavior;again,using the method of structural equation model to verify the hypothesis model;finally,according to the research results,put forward the strategy of containment of sedentary behavior with actual students.The results show that:(1)Research of sedentary behavior,affect the main research focus on sedentary behavior and mortality,sedentary behavior and obesity,sedentary behavior and cancer,sedentary behavior and mental health,sedentary behavior interventions,sedentary behavior factors and sedentary behavior and other reasons,many achievements,but on the sedentary behavior the reason explanation is still lacking.(2)Sample of middle school students,girls every week total sedentary time was 64.6 hours,66.6 hours for boys;girls working days average daily sitting time is 10.3 hours,9 hours for boys,and the difference was significant;in the types of sedentary behavior,girls watching TV every week for 18.4 hours,16.9 hours for boys significant differences between men and women,girls playing computer time;3.4 hours a week,5.5 hours for boys and girls with a significant difference between men and women;computer learning time is 6.7 hours a week,5.3 hours for boys,a significant difference between men and women;girls play mobile phone 18.6 hours a week,21.2 hours for boys,between men and women significant differences between girls;reading and homework for 21.1 hours a week,25.5 hours for boys,there was no significant difference between men and women;girls play games for 0.2 hours Boys,for 0.7 hours,a significant difference between men and women;girls sitting on the bus for 2.4 hours a week,0.8 hours for boys and girls was significantly different between men and women;listen to music for 4.9 hours a week,4.9 hours for boys,there was no significant difference between men and women.(3)Working day and weekend students part of the grade difference exists in sedentary behavior,work on junior high school students watch TV 16.4 hours a week,13.9 hours a week for senior high school students,junior and senior middle school students have significant difference(P=0.000);work on the junior high school students playing mobile phone 22.6 hours a week,high school for 28.2 hours a week,there was significant difference between middle and high school students(P=0.001);junior high school students at the weekend watching TV time is 7.4 hours,3.8 hours for high school students,there are significant differences between middle and high school students(P=0.000);junior high school students with weekend computer learning time is 2.4 hours,for high school students 1.7 hours of middle and high school students have significant difference(P=0.023);junior high school students weekend time playing mobile phone for 11.9 hours,17.3 hours for high school students,the obvious differences between middle and high school students Significant difference(P=0.000).(5)Through the analysis of structural equation model test of sedentary behavior among middle school students in Taiyuan city model based on the theory of planned behavior the results show that the attitude has a positive predictive effect on sedentary intention;subjective norm has positive prediction on sedentary intention;perceived behavioral control has a positive predictive effect on sedentary intention;perceived behavioral control has positive prediction the role of sedentary behavior;sedentary intention has positive prediction on sedentary behavior;sedentary intention plays a partial mediating role between perceived behavioral control and sedentary behavior.(6)The healthy development of long time sedentary behavior is not conducive to the students,the need for effective containment,and need different coordination state,government,schools and families,and effectively curb the growth status of sedentary middle school. |
