In recent years,China’s primary and secondary schools are increasingly concerned about the research of teachers,which including the school-based and other research activities to promote the development of professional teachers.Although the traditional school-based research is help to promote teacher teaching,there are still many problems for it.Firstly,organized teaching is always becoming a mere formality than its reality.Secondly,more teachers choose to teach and study by themselves own than to share and exchange their knowledge.Finally,some teachers’ personal learning is not strong enough,which will not help to promote the school-based research.Among the effective school-based research methods,the teacher’s knowledge management is a powerful means to improve the efficiency of school-based research,but the existing school-based teacher’s knowledge management is not only lack of systematic theory and system guarantee,but also suffers from the problems including the lack of constraints form the scientific theory of teacher knowledge management,teachers’ subjective arbitrariness and environmental support insufficiencies,etc.in the actual practice process.These problems cannot help to carry on effective teacher’s knowledge management,and can also not play a favorable role in promoting in the school-based research procedure.Therefore,this article focuses on the knowledge management theory in the school-based study,combined with the effective SECI model and explores the problems of teacher knowledge management in the school-based research.Through the analysis of the status quo of school-based research,from the effective knowledge management point,the thesis try to propose effective measures one by one to improve school-based research s efficiency.There main three aspects on the thesis as below.First of all,the literature research and questionnaire survey method to find the issues in teacher knowledge management of currentschool-based research is carried on.Then this thesis conducts the fundamental analysis of these issues from the teachers of different ages,teaching age and academic perspectives.The end of this thesis,combined with incentive theory and other factors,we try to give effective improvement strategies and recommendations solve these problems.In short,the goal of this paper is to improve the efficiency the traditional school-based research through the effective knowledge management and related incentive mechanism and ultimately improve the professional level of teachers.
