With the arriving of the digital learning era, it makes learning means become more diversified and personalized. Society demands learning more flexible and more convenient. Micro lecture which satisfies the demands of society to learn fast is shorter and can be applied to multiple learning phases. Expanding the space and time in learning, supporting the students to study better, micro lecture is becoming a major breakthrough in exploration on teaching innovation pattern. Education circles pay great attention to the research and application of micro lecture.This research analyses the current situation at home and abroad in micro lecture, especially concerns the situation in microbiology teaching at home. Using the constructivism learning theory, blended learning theory, mastery learning theory, unicom learning theory, it researches the thoughts of systematic application in teaching. It investigates the current situation in design and application in micro lecture and analyzes the implementation possibility from the students' investigation and the teachers' interview. According to the new curriculum, it combs the points in microbiology in detail. Starting from three different points, such as knowledge, skil l& method and emotional quality, it analyzes the points which can be designed into micro lectures in microbiology. Under the guidance of “micro” principle, student-centered principle, focusing principle, diversity principle, it selects three typical cases to design micro lectures, so as to finds out the general design idea and the design ideas of the three different types in micro lecture. Taking the three typical cases for example, under the guidance of student-centered principle, diversity principle, heuristic principle, it applies the micro lecture in classroom and in internet. It analyzes the achievements of the application in micro lecture according to online feedback, survey feedback and parallel class feedback. It paves the way for the further application.On the basis of data colleting, organizing, analyzing and summarizing, this thesis uses the literature analysis, investigation researc h method, case research method, action research method and so on. This study, beginning with micro lecture designing and micro lecture application, discusses how to use micro lecture in microbiolo gy course in vocational school, gets good application results, inspires the students' interesting and initiative for learning. Then, we will improve the design and practice of micro lecture in microbiology of the vocational school, promote the curriculum reform.
