strategies of educational modernization.The targeting of this policy text puts forward higher requirements for the future teacher training and development.The cultivation and molding of teachers' high quality needs to be related to the spirit of the times,Future teachers are not only the solvers of instrumental problems,but also the leaders of truth,goodness and beauty.They need not only teaching skills,knowledge system and other teaching qualities,but also aesthetic,psychological and other professional qualities of teachers,Teachers' professional qualities,such as aesthetic quality,psychological quality and teaching quality,will become the last "Assassin's mace" of teachers in the era of artificial intelligence.The cultivation of teachers' professional quality is related to the construction process of socialist modernization power,and is "the Department of national comprehensive strength and the whole nation's quality",The concept,content and mode of training need to be changed.Drama in education,as a teaching content and method to improve teachers' professional quality,is an innovation of teacher education to carry out curriculum design and Practice for normal students.drama in education,which entered China in the early 20 th century,has a history of theoretical research and Practice for nearly one hundred years in Britain and the United States,It has been highly praised by educators and Applied Drama researchers at home and abroad to select the appropriate teaching learning style,through setting up situations,improvising performances,imitating games,role-playing and other teaching methods to shape and promote the improvement of learners' psychological,aesthetic and teaching qualities through personalized learning,discussion learning and reflective learning.In the era of information-based education,the integration of intelligent education and intelligent learning environment is also in line with the requirements of intelligent education,When they are not surrounded by digital teachers,their learning environment will become a part of their future learning,The selection of smart learning environment is in line with the natural demands of normal university students for the choice of learning methods.The construction speed and level of smart classroom in China's colleges and universities also create the possibility of smart learning environment.As an important place to support learning,smart classroom will have an impact on "learning and teaching" in terms of resources,methods and methods,It is conducive to the formation of students' personalized learning program and the implementation.In order to form scientific analysis and improve teaching,drama in education teaching can serve the improvement of teachers' professional quality more effectively and accurately.Based on the previous research on Teachers' professional quality and the characteristics of drama in education teaching,this paper defines the model of teachers' professional quality in this study,and divides teachers' professional quality into three dimensions: psychological quality,aesthetic quality and teaching quality,In the process of teaching,teachers should be endowed with new professional quality and professional value,and teachers' professional quality should be improved in the process of teaching.Based on the research background of drama in education intervening teachers' professional quality improvement,and based on the analysis of information technology,curriculum integration and other related theories,based on ARCS theory and ADDIE theory,this paper designs,implements and evaluates the drama in education Curriculum under the intelligent learning environment,This paper makes an empirical study on the improvement of teachers' professional quality of normal students.After quantitative research by data collection and t-test data analysis,this paper makes a qualitative research on the intervention activities of drama in education on Teachers' professional quality of normal students under the intelligent learning environment by means of video analysis and educational narrative,The intelligent learning environment provides an effective situation guarantee and learning resources for the implementation of drama in education.Based on the quantitative and qualitative research,it is concluded that under the intelligent learning environment,drama in education has a positive effect on the positive and optimistic psychological quality,emotional stability,aesthetic design aesthetic quality of teachers' professional quality of normal students,and the improvement of teaching quality based on learning and coping strategies,Based on the conclusion of the empirical study,this paper summarizes and refines the application strategies of drama in education to effectively improve teachers' professional quality.
