A Study On The Integration Of Social Work Into The Urban Integration Of Migrant Children

The problem of migrant children is an important issue that can not be ignored in the process of China's economic and social structure transformation.In recent years,the problem of floating children in China has been remarkable which has aroused the concern of the government,the society and scholars,numerous therories and solutions are aslo presented.Thus,with the development of social work,some scholars began to study and solve the problem of floating children from the perspective of social work.Under this background,on the basis of other scholars' research,the author studies the problem of urban integration of migrant children in minority nationality by means of social work.Overall,the research process is divided into five parts.The first part summarizes the previous research literature,the current social work intervention research status of minority floating children to conduct a comprehensive understanding of carding related theory.The second part based on the existing research,survey the status quo in interviews and case analysis of Urumqi ethnic minority migrant children.In the social support theory and the theory of cultural conflict under the support of the minority city children into the process of flow path analysis using U mode and J mode.On the current situation of ethnic minority migrant children into the city are described;the third part analyzes the ethnic minority migrant children into the problem in the process of city,the minority of migrant children's problems,choose the part of the research object,social work involved in the case and carry out group activities with professional social work methods.The fourth part,through the analysis of the problem;and the intervention of social work,for the minority of migrant children into the city puts forward measures of social work intervention;the fifth part is the conclusion,social work plays a positive role in solving the problem of migrant children into the city of ethnic minorities,ethnic minority migrant children into the city changes.Through the analysis of the whole,found in a set of four indexes(school,social interaction,social identity,family environment),family environment for floating children into the influence of the city's biggest ethnic minority,especially the influence of parent-child relationship in the family is the most direct.Through the analysis of survey data and professional social work intervention.The results show that social work has a positive effect on solving the problem of urban integration of migrant children,which is of great significance in easing social conflicts and solving psychological problems.Especially in the course of the study,taking into account the research object is the minority of migrant children,compared with Han nationality children,there may be a problem to adapt to culture,innovation of the application of cultural conflict theory to the related research,but due to the limitation of time and energy,no comparison of the Han and minority migrant children,this is a the lack of research.
