The Application Of Case-work Method In Xinjiang Ethnic Minority Migrant Children

This paper studies the application of case-work method in Xinjiang ethnic minority migrant children.Some researches have arisen on migrant children cases in the academic field.But it is not comprehensive,because the study of case study belongs to the micro-level research,the difference of clients is relatively large,and the urgent problems which are solved in each case are different.In different regions,the resources which can be touched and linked are different,so its referentiability is not strong.With the resources of the school teachers,the author found a ethnic community among the communities,and provided him with case service,within the reachable range,namely the community served by the teachers' organizations.The author is now staying in the capital of Urumqi,Xinjiang Tianshan District,Urumqi.In recent years,the rapid development of Urumqi has attracted a large number of southern workers,at the same time,the community have access to a large number of migrant workers and migrant children,therefore,I choose it as a breakthrough.The main line of this paper is the case in the community,according to the general pattern of case work,the case and the establishment of the relationship between the collection of data and problem diagnosis,setting goals and work plans,service plans,closing and evaluation,and the talking content with clients,integrating the above aspects to tell and analyze cases.Through a detailed analysis on each part to show the problems which we should pay attention to in the process of case work and the necessity of casework.Finally,in the conclusion,by summarizing the merits and shortcomings of the service process,as well as the issues needed to pay attention to in servicing migrant children in Xinjiang national minorities.At the sametime,It provides some relevant examples for the study of case work on migrant children in Xinjiang national minorities.
