A Study On The Social Work Intervention Of Improving Tibetan Orphans' Self-efficacy

Orphans is a special vulnerable group in society.Because of the lack of normal family structure,the group will suffer from the developmental dilemma of behavioral deviation,psychological disorder and efficacy crisis,among which the self-efficacy crisis is very common.Concerned about the healthy growth of Tibetan orphans,not only the responsibility of government,everyone should also be actively involved.This article is based on the existing research.Introducing the research perspective of "self-efficacy" and using the "general self-efficacy scale","Tibetan orphans self-efficacy dimension measurement questionnaire" on Tibetan orphans "self-efficacy".The The results show that there are obvious self-efficacy crises in Tibetan orphans.This article use the group work of professional methods,through the implementation of adolescent positive growth program,to enhance the Tibetan orphans learning efficiency,communication efficiency,response to efficacy.Through the questionnaire assessment and interview assessment found that when Tibetan orphans participated in group activities,the self-efficacy has been significantly improved.Finally,the author give some suggestions about cultivating the self-efficacy of orphans in schools,communities and governments which are not involved in this study.
