The Study On The Improvement Of Orphans' Interpersonal Contact Efficacy By Group Work

The core of this study is the orphan group raised in children's villages.This group has the characteristics of orphans in a general sense.Because they are raised centrally in children,s villages,their material life is basically guaranteed.But each individual comes from different regions and families,so their growth background is different.Therefore,the problems of this group are more prominent,including the Interpersonal Contact Efficacy.However,under the current social assistance model,the deep-seated needs of this group have not been met,which leads to many problems including the research object itself and even the social level.Therefore,through questionnaire survey and embedded observation in the early stage of this study,the status quo of the study subjects' Interpersonal Contact Efficacy was understood.The existing problems of this group's Interpersonal Contact Efficacy were identified and further intervention research was carried out.This paper mainly uses group work method to study the Interpersonal Contact Efficacy of orphans in children's villages.It is hoped that the external environment provided by the group will have an impact on the behavior and psychology of the group members,promote the positive change of the group members,enhance interpersonal colmunication ability,enhance communication confidence,and achieve correct self-awareness,so as to enhance interpersonal communieation.In this study,problematic eight subjects were organized into growth groups with three children volunteers outside the children's village.They were involved in common activities to ensure the effectiveness of the activities.By learning from each other and imitating each other,the team members have achieved good interaction and communication.In this process,the team members acquired and mastered more communication skills and methods,and corrected the wrong ideas and perceptions in the past.In addition,it greatly improves the sense of teamwork,obtain external support effectively,and enhance the self-confidence in interpersonal communication.On the whole,group activities solve the problems of the participants to a certain extent and achieve the expected objectives of group activities.On this basis,the interventional activities were analyzed by process evaluation and result evaluation methods.And good evaluation results were obtained.Therefore,the group work method has good applicability to the study of the research objects'Interpersonal Contact Efficacy and achieves the expected goal.There are two main innovative achievements in this study.Firstly,this study has a pertinent understanding and analysis of the Interpersonal Contact Efficacy of orphans in children's villages.Secondly,the group work method is used to carry out practical research on the Interpersonal Contact Efficacy of the research object.
