| The headmaster is the soul of a school,and a good headmaster is vital to the development of a school.In the context of the current elementary education curriculum reform,the role of headmasters has become increasingly prominent.Countries also regard the headmaster training as an important strategy for their own leading position in education.Training for headmasters and future headmasters has also been put on the agenda of the government,and it has achieved unprecedented attention.However,the biggest problem of the current headmasters’ training is that the effectiveness is not high.Therefore,it is very important to explore a model that meets the needs of headmasters and improves the effect of training.This study takes the four principles of enterprise management as the theoretical basis,taking Ming-de education public welfare project as an example,and studies the three stages of integration headmasters’ training model.This study mainly defines the concepts of the three stages of integration and headmasters’ training model.At the same time,this study makes a cross-border interpretation on the three stages of integration headmasters’ training model by using the system principle,humanistic principle,adjustment principle and unified principle of enterprise management.In addition,through the online survey and telephone or face-to-face interviews with 406 Ming-de schools’ headmasters from Gansu,Inner Mongolia,Shanxi,Shandong,Hebei,Heilongjiang,Chongqing,Anhui provinces and cities in 2016,the author learned about the personal experience of the implementers and beneficiaries of the three stages of integration model,and analyzed the effect of the model by using a large amount of data.This study mainly adopts the literature research method,the questionnaire survey method and the interview method,and draws the following main points:(1)Based on the 15-year hardware and software construction accumulation as well as a large number of baseline research in 2012,the three stages of integration has become the tailor-made training model for the Ming-de school’s headmasters;(2)According to the four principles of enterprise management,the three stages of integration headmasters’ training model is constructed.It achieved the cross-border combination of the enterprise and education,won a high degree of recognition from the training headmasters,and achieved some success.The overall effect is good;(3)The three stages of integration headmasters’ training model is relatively perfect in the top design.Due to a variety of reasons of subjective and objective,the project in the implementation process has some deficiencies,such as the project concept and the headmasters’ existing concept is contradictory;Headmasters are busy with administrative affairs and don’t have too much time to participate in network self-study;Provincial and municipal experts’ understanding and guidance is not in place;(4)In order to make the three stages of integration headmasters’ training model to maximize the effectiveness,this study should be proceed from the following aspects of the construction: First,by changing the management concept to enhance the leadership of education reform;Second,by liberating headmasters’ body and mind to enhance the professional development of headmaster;Last,by strengthening provincial and municipal project management to enhance the implementation. |
