How to cultivate outstanding technical school principals? This study will focus on the research,analysis,and summary of the H principal of D Technical School.This study finds that under the active leadership of Principal H,D Technical School has achieved rapid and high-quality development in a short period of time.He has a unique leadership model in the process of school management.Mainly reflected in the excellent professional ability of principals,with the help of PDCA’s efficient working methods,we have constructed a benign closed-loop management model suitable for school management and development,including "Three Horizontal and Ten Vertical","Nine Ring Management",and "Five in Place",to promote the school to build a healthy ecological environment for rapid development.Principal H’s management model can be constructed into a "Five Dimensional" model of principal leadership.The "Five Dimensional" principal leadership includes the principal’s professional ability,the principal’s vision leadership,the principal’s executive ability,the principal’s insight,and the principal’s corrective power.The "Five Dimension" principal leadership focuses on the principal’s professional ability,and takes the principal’s vision leadership,executive power,insight,and corrective power as the external leadership.The external leadership is driven by the core of the principal’s professional ability to exert strong leadership effectiveness,form a strong closed-loop management mechanism,and build a good leadership ecosystem.The practical exploration of the leadership of Principal H of D Technical School is the integration and distillation of his leadership thinking and leadership model,which is helpful for Principal H to reflect on his leadership ability.At the same time,it is helpful to summarize the successful experience gained by the principal of D Technical School in leadership,and to improve and enrich the research results related to the principal leadership model. |
