Senior high school is a critical period of individual development of students,in addition to the changes in physical and psychology,personal quality is also accelerating to enhance.Learning mathematics is an important way,which sublimates the values of students and improve their mode of thinking.However,the mathematics of junior high school and senior high school are quite different in the content structure and thinking requirements,so high school students do not adapt to the learning of mathematics,and teachers are also lack of spare time.It is of great significance for teachers and students to understand the situation of high school students' mathematics learning,which can help teachers to improve their teaching and guide students to learn.This paper is mainly based on the analysis of investigation and the discussions of teaching strategies.First of all,it investigates the problems of mathematics learning adaptation of senior one and senior two students from the four aspects including learning habits,learning attitude,learning methods and the relationship between teachers and students,and summarizes the basic situation of students' mathematics learning adaptability.Meanwhile correlation analysis of the four factors are conducted.Next,according to the problems in the research,under the guidance of the relevant theories,this paper combined with the teaching contents and requirements of the high school mathematics to seek the teaching strategies of improving high school students' mathematics learning adaptability.At the same time,some conversion strategies are proposed about the mathematics teaching contents of high school,learning methods and learning psychology.Through the survey of senior school students,it is found that there are some differences in the adaptation of mathematics in the two grades.Senior one students have good learning attitudes and are satisfied with the current relationship between teachers and students.They like asking questions and discussing with classmates,and can master the conventional problem-solving methods and review examination;but most students have poor learning initiative and plan,less preview and after-school review.Senior two students learn more actively,they can plan to complete learning task.They are willing to discuss problems with teachers and classmates,and have a harmonious relationship with teachears,can use properly study methods,such as problem-solving methods,processing papers and so on;some students do not adapt to the mathematics learning of senior one,coupled with more abstract mathematics knowledge,to decrease the interests of learning,so previewing,reviewing and other learning methods to be strengthened.To solve the above problem,the corresponding transformation strategies are put forward,and appropriate teaching attempts are carried out to provide feasible strategies for teachers to improve the adaptability of students' mathematics learning.The study has carried out an effective investigation on the adaptability of high school students' mathematics learning,and has fully demonstrated own views on how to help students adapt to the problem of mathematics learning better.In the research of objects,methods and the application of relevant theory,there is still room for improvement.In the future,we can discuss the link between the adaptability of mathematics learning and the core quality of students in depth.
