As the important place for young children to live,the security of the kindergarten is related to the health and the life security of the young children,in recent years,frequent safety accidents occurred in the kindergarten,the contradiction among the park,teachers and parents is becoming more and more intense,and the state and the society has paid more and more attention to the quality of the safety management in the kindergarten.Many scholars have carried on the overall research about the safety education in the kindergarten,the types of children safety accident,the kindergarten security management and so on,and have achieved corresponsive results of the survey.However,it is very difficult to analyze the problems of the kindergarten safety management in a comprehensive and objective way,and many research results have not been able to provide practical strategies for the safety management of kindergartens.Whether it is public or private kindergartens,the child safety accidents occur frequently.As can be seen from a certain extent,although the kindergarten safety management has already covered all of the matters,but there are still loopholes in it.Therefore,the author decided to find out the problems and the causes of the kindergarten safety management through the investigation on the satisfaction degree of the kindergartensafety management.Through the collection of questionnaires,and use the SPSS19.0 statistical software,from the perspective of preschool teachers,measure the “degree of satisfaction” of kindergarten teachers to the safety management of their kindergarten to analyze the problems of different levels existing in the safety management of public kindergarten,which is beneficial to put forward the strategies and suggestions on the safety management of the public kindergarten at the Hongta district in Yuxi city.To offer the necessary support in the theory of the innovation on the safety management of the public kindergartenThe results of the survey show that: in the three different levels of public kindergarten,teachers have a significant difference in the satisfaction of safety management,although there are some requirements on the system of the kindergartensafety management,some of the rules and regulations have the initial success,but the current situation of the implementation is not optimistic,different grades of kindergarten should base on their actual situation,and combine with the relevant safety management laws and regulations,to strengthen the supervision and management.Conclusion: there are still something unsatisfied in the safety management of different grades of kindergarten.Different grades of public kindergartens should base on their actual situation,to strengthen the safety education of young children and the safety knowledge and safety skills training of the staff to improve the safety management of the school.
