As the main position of the development of rural secondary vocational education,the secondary vocational and technical schools at the county level train the front-line technical workers and high quality labor workers in the future development of the country.With the help of the state funding and support,there are still different types of secondary vocational and technical schools reduced and closed every year because of the reducing number of their students.The decline of the number of secondary vocational and technical schools is because of nothing but the "demographic dividend" reduction,and the main thing still depends on the school's lack of appeal.Based on the "Internet plus" era,schools and teachers have to analysis and manage the medium occupation technical to deal with “the phenomenon,problems,causes,actions,systematic evaluation”.Based on the social demand,reunderstand the professional settings;based on the growth of students,reunderstand the curriculum;based on the path of the teachers' professional skills development,reunderstand the teachers;based on the subject value quality,reunderstand the idea of the new development of students.This study selected the Shizong Vocational Technical School as the research object.In this study,a semi-structured interview was conducted between the teachers and students in the sample schools by means of questionnaires and interviews.On the basis of the research theory,the research is based on the theory of human capital,individual education choice,social stratification and multiple intelligences.This study is divided into four parts:The first part mainly elaborates the background,research significance and core concept of the thesis.At the same time,the importance of secondary vocational education.The second part mainly expounds the relevant theoretical foundation,research method and research object of this research.The third part is the questionnaire survey and analysis of the specialty setting,course teaching,teacher team and student management of the sample school.The paper analyzes the internal environment and internal operation mechanism of the secondary vocational and technical school,and analyzes the challenge of the development of school rules and the necessity of the intension development.The Forth part is the conclusion of this study,through the analysis of the quantity and quality of the sample school,the development of the scale type and the intension type development,puts forward the connotation development strategy of the attraction aspect of the secondary vocational and technical schools.
