The national plans to develop the northeast old industry base provide theunprecedented opportunity with economic construction and social development in theregion, the hope of economic construction and social development is in the educationand the hope of education in the teachers. The whole character and the workappearance of teachers affect the success or failure of teaching work and thedevelopment of the school directly. So teachers administration work must be valuedhighly.This thesis puts forward the tactics of teachers administration in secondary vocationalschools in Daqing, synthesizing the usage of the observation method and theinvestigation method and the document method...etc., based on the investigation ofthe situation of teachers administration in secondary vocational schools in Daqing,studying the management theories and with the help of experience from somedeveloped countries and one key secondary vocational school in Daqing.This thesis consists of five chapters. Chapter 1 is an introduction, defining theconcepts, discussing the background and meanings and explaining the range andmethods of the research. Chapter 2 is the theories foundation, analysing the theoriesof human nature assumption, encouragement and human resource management etc..Chapter 3 is about the present situation of teachers administration in secondaryvocational schools in Daqing, affirms the performance, discovers and analysis theshortages. Chapter 4 is about the beneficial experience from America, Japan,Germany and Daqing Oilfield Senior Skilled Workers' School. Chapter 5 is the tacticsof teachers administration, pointing out that teacher administrators should improvethe management character and work ability, that teaching work should be reasonablyevaluated, that the systems reform and innovation carried on actively, that troopsconstruction strengthened actually, that the schools should seek the beneficialsupporting policy.This thesis combines closely with the present situation of teachers administration insecondary vocational schools in Daqing, the tactics are not only suitable but alsopractical ones, having significance to shift teachers' enthusiasm, to raise the teachingresult and the teaching quantities, to promote the school development to meet thedemand of the nation and region construction.
