As In recent years,the number of graduate students continue to grow,in 2017,the country enter oneself for an examination the graduate student is about 2.01 million,from 2016,increased by 24 billion,in the face of such a large group,we have to think about such a question:in such a severe employment situation and under the pressure of school,the graduate student's physical and mental health have the necessary care?China's postgraduate education teacher assumes overall responsibility for,is one of the people most closely contact during the graduate student,mentor throughout the graduate education system on its physical and mental health has a unique advantage and function.This article mainly USES the questionnaire survey,and using the relevant statistical methods as a starting point,from the present situation of graduate student psychologically healthy level by investigating the experience of judging mentor graduate student to mentor to guide behavior guidance behavior how to influence the graduate student's physical and mental health.The full text is divided into five chapters altogether.The first chapter is introduction,mainly includes the problems of core concept,literature review,definition,research significance and research ideas and methods;The second chapter mainly research tools and procedures,including questionnaire of demography,SCL-90 and mentor to guide behavior questionnaire;The third part is the results section,including mentor to guide behavior analysis,the analysis of the graduate student mental health status and mentor to guide behavior and graduate student mental health related analysis;The fourth part is to discuss and explain the result of the third part;The fifth part is the conclusion,through the questionnaire statistical analysis to get the following conclusions:(1)master graduate student psychological health level is not high;(2)supervisor of postgraduate,guiding behavior and age,mentor administrative posts,and tutor's research direction are consistent,ever on the specialized courses,and different ways of communication;(3)and mentor graduate student mental health is better than no conflict had agraduate student of conflict;(4)graduate student mental health status and mentor to guide behavior.
