Research On Mental Health Education Of Female Postgraduate Students In Colleges And Universities

Since the resumption of graduate enrollment,China's graduate education has achieved extraordinary development and the number of graduate students has increased greatly.From 2015 to 2020,statistics show that more than half of graduate students in colleges and universities in China are female,and they have gradually become the mainstream in the postgraduate entrance examination.With the increasing number of female students who take the postgraduate examination,their psychological problems are also increasing.In recent years,suicide cases happen increasingly,especially for female students.Investigating reasons,researchers will find that the multiple roles and personalities and the pressure from family,study,marriage and love,society and the like contribute to some mental health of female postgraduate students to some extent.Combined with gender theory and social psychological development theory of Erickson,this paper,from the perspective of pedagogy and psychology.Questionnaire survey and interview were used to understand the mental health education of female postgraduates in colleges,and problems in female postgraduate students about mental health education are as follows: imperfect national policies,insufficient attention of schools,false propaganda of social media,the female postgraduate students lower mental health ability and so on.Then the paper analyzes the causes of education of mental health problems about female postgraduate students,combines with the basic elements of education,from the educators,environment and subject factors in education to conduct a comprehensive analysis.For the female graduate student practical problems existing in the psychological health education,from the social environment,school,teacher and personal level scientific and effective countermeasures are put forward,create favorable female graduate student mental health education to carry out the social environment,improve school awareness of female graduate student mental health education,strengthening teacher psychological care and strengthen the female graduate student ability of self awareness and mental health education.Also mental health education of female graduate student has realistic value.The paper has 3 pictures,11 tables,and 74 references.
