A Reasonable teachers ' structure plays a very important role in teaching level of teachers and the development of Students' healthy of mind and body.With the development of polity,economy and society in our country,education develops rapidly,while the teachers' structure has being changing huge also,which leads to a series of problems in teachers' structure,especially the structure of teacher in rural primary school.The purpose of the study is to find out the main problems of teachers' structure in rural primary school by investigating the actual situation of teachers' structure in rural primary schools and to find out the corresponding solutions according to the related reasons,and promote the development of teachers' structure in rural primary school to rationalization and promote the development of physical and mental health of rural primary students,as well as to promote the development of rural education better.In this study,10 primary schools in Qingchuan County,Guangyuan City,Sichuan Province,as the research object,through the questionnaire,network collection and other means to carry out detailed data survey and perform specific data analysis in the form of form,histogram,proportional pie chart,corresponding main questions:combining with the production of the interview outline to access to relevant effective content in the form of face-to-face interviews or telephone interviews to strive to explore the causes of the problem,and then put forward countermeasures.From the research content,this study has carried on the detailed investigation from the five aspects of the gender structure,the age structure,the discipline structure,the academic structure and the title structure of the ten primary school teachers in Qingchuan county rural area,and had a corresponding idea to the teachers' structure standard through combining with the local actual situation and the existing research conclusion of the scholar.It is found that the teachers' structure of the primary school in Qingchuan County mainly has the following problems: male and female teachers' gender lose balance,the number of male teachers far more than female teachers;the age structure lose balance,the trend of aging teachers is increasing,there is a fault phenomenon between the middle-aged teachers and young teachers;the discipline structure is unreasonable,“comprehensive subject” teachers are seriously inadequate;the academic structure is not up to standard,initial academic level is low;the title structure is maladjusted,the proportion of young,middle-aged and ole-aged teachers isunreasonable.This series of questions restricts the development of rural primary education.The author digs out the relevant reasons according to the main problems:the current teaching curriculum of the country,the recruitment system of teachers and the lack of title evaluation system lead to rural teachers' structure unreasonable;the backward economic and social environment in rural areas cause the imbalance of teachers' structure;historical factors and individual pursuit of their higher life affect the teachers' structure of rural primary school.The author puts forward the countermeasures according to reasons:to strengthen the national policy guidance,improve the system of teacher appointment and title evaluation,improve the rural economic and social environment and do the relevant work of teachers to continue their studies before and after work.The optimization of the teachers' structure in rural primary school is conducive to improving the quality of rural teaching and promoting the development of rural education.Therefore,it is imperative to optimize the teachers' structure of rural primary school.
