The reasonable structure of teachers can help to improve teaching quality. The study on the structure of primary school teachers can make us know more about primary school teachers and help us solve the problems existing in the team of primary teachers,which can prompt primary school education get a better development. The writer chooses ten primary schools in the city of Liaocheng and makes some survey to discuss the problems existing in teachers’ structure. The writer hopes to help build reasonable teachers’ structure and prompt students get a development of physical and mental health.The writer makes a survey about teachers’ gender structure, teachers’ age structure, teachers’ subject structure, teachers’ academic title structure and teachers’ area structure in the ten primary schools. Comparing to the standard, the writer finds out some problems existing in teaches’ structure of primary school in Liaocheng City: there are more female teachers; there are more young teachers and old teachers, but there are few middle-aged core teachers; there are few teachers of the secondary subject and it is out of balance; there are few senior teachers; and the geopolitical structure is simple and rigid.Gender structure problem in Liaocheng City be caused by teachers’ occupation orientation and men may lose interest in this occupation; age structure problem in Liaocheng City be caused by the development of economic factors and the loss of young teachers; subject structure problem in Liaocheng City be caused by combing the current teacher recruitment system with the arrangement of the current teaching course; academic title structure problem in Liaocheng City be caused by the quota of senior teachers; and the current teacher recruitment system may affect the problem of geopolitical structure problem in Liaocheng City.In order to solve promote the economic and social status of primary-school teacher to appeal more male teachers to balance the construction of teachers’ gender, and input more money into education for importing middle-aged core teachers and improve teachers’ construction of age,besides, cooperation between schools can hire minor subjects teachers to improve the construction of subject.And we should adjust the rate of teachers’ construction and break the limits of household registers on teachers.
