Optimizing the structure of teachers and improving the quality of teachers are the important basis for deepening educational reform,the basic guarantee for comprehensively promoting quality-oriented education,and the only way to promote the balanced development of compulsory education.In the field of basic education,a reasonable structure of teachers is of great significance to the growth of students,the development of schools and the construction of teachers themselves.From the perspective of regions,this study investigated 52 primary school teachers in anyuan district from 2014 to 2018 in terms of student-to-teacher ratio,gender structure,age structure,professional structure,education structure,identity structure,title structure and discipline structure.The results show that the main problem in the structure of primary school teachers in anyuan district is the unbalanced distribution of new teachers in urban and rural areas.The ratio of male and female teachers is unbalanced,and male teachers are seriously insufficient;The proportion of young teachers is too large and the age structure of teachers is unbalanced.There are few teachers with high degree,and the space for optimizing the education structure is large.The identity structure of teachers is unreasonable,and the number of substitute teachers is large.The structure of professional title of teachers is unbalanced,and the number of teachers with undetermined professional title is large.The proportion of non-teacher education graduates is large,and the professional level of teachers is not high;The discipline structure of the teachers is unbalanced,and there is a serious shortage of teachers of skill subjects.The main reasons for the problems in the structure of teachers in anyuan district are as follows: the education stratification caused by the dual structure of urban and rural areas leads to the unbalanced number of teachers in urban and rural areas,the priority allocation of urban resources,and the lack of voice in rural primary schools;The traditional concept and occupation characteristics cause the low number of male employees and the high enthusiasm of female employees.A large number of young people join the ranks of teachers,the loss of middle-aged and elderly teachers,and the retirement of teachers make the ranks of teachers younger.The low salary of teachers makes it difficult for them to attract graduates with higher education to start teaching,the low willingness of teachers to improve their academic qualifications,and the mere formality of post-service education lead to the low educational level of teachers.The open and diversified pre-service teacher training mode,the reform of thesystem of obtaining teacher certification for normal university students and the low entry threshold for non-normal university students led to the increase in the number of non-normal university graduates and the decline in the professional degree of teachers.The absence of "maternity leave" and the low labor cost of substitute teachers in primary schools in anyuan district resulted in the poor status structure of the teachers.Rural and elderly teachers are at a disadvantage in the professional title assessment,the phenomenon of seniority in the professional title assessment is serious,the high requirements of professional title assessment and the large proportion of new teachers result in the imbalance of the professional title structure of the teaching team.The teacher recruitment only pays attention to the main subject teacher,the whole subject teacher training system lag causes the teacher troop discipline structure serious imbalance and so on.In view of the problems existing in the structure of primary school teachers in this area,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions:encouraging men to teach and improving the gender structure of teachers;Accelerate the professional training of teachers and reverse the imbalance of teachers' age structure;To raise the educational requirements of teachers and raise the educational level of teachers;Work closely with colleges and universities to improve the professional level of teachers;Standardize the requirements of the teachers on board and strictly manage the substitute teachers;Adjust the evaluation standards of teachers and optimize the structure of teachers' professional titles;Improve the recruitment and training of teachers,and balance the structure of teachers' discipline.
