The guidance of historical reading method refers to the guidance of teachers on students' reading methods so that students can master the necessary historical methods of reading and cultivate students' learning ability. In this paper, the author takes the history of high school history teaching reading method for the current situation as a starting point for the high school students and a questionnaire survey is conducted combined with interviews, observation and so on. By the analysis of the survey results, the author tries to find out solutions to the problem in response to the relevant cases to offer students a systematic scientific guidance in order to achieve the real purpose of learning guidance. Through the teachers' guidance of' history method, not only can students really learn to study history and obtain the desired results, but also it can provide reference for other subjects.This thesis consists of four parts. The first part is the introduction, which summarizes the research background, research significance, the current situation at home and abroad, and research methods. Part two is an overview of the historical reading of the law, the definition of the core concept, the theoretical basis of the subject, and the importance of historical reading. The third part is about the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the study of historical materials in the teaching of high school history, trying to find out the problems. The fourth part is the historical reading method of the guiding strategy and the author puts forward the solution from the school level, the teacher level and the student level.Through this study, the author hopes to provide reference for front-line history teachers, trying to improve teaching quality and students' learning efficiency. On the other hand, it is hoped that this research can be beneficial to the perfection of the theory of history learning guidance in practice.
