New curriculum reform has been underway for some time, quality education has understood by the majority of teachers on duty, but in the teaching process, some aspects are still ignored, for example,in the biology concept teaching, teachers often use in the form of "force-feeding" methed. In order to change the current high school biology teaching present situation, Taking Compulsory 1Senior Biology of the People's Edition for example, the paper does some research on the teaching important biology concept in high school under the guidance of variation theory, expecting to find an effective way for students to study the high school biology.The main content is as follows:The first part is the introduction. Starting from the background of the thesis,it puts forward the content of this research, then gives interpretation in the aspects of the method of this study, significance, and thoughts.The second part is the general account of variation theory and some documents relevant to it. It also summarizes the source of variation theory and gives statements about the present situation of the application of theory of variation in the classroom learning and research status in the study of important concepts in the biological teaching.The third part is the analysis of the important concepts involved in the Journal of Molecular Compulsoary One People's Education Edition. The author was established by the method of literature review, questionnaire survey, the every important concepts involved in this study.The fourth part is how the important concept of variation theory is applied in high school biology teaching. Through the analysis of teachers and students' experience and ability condition before and after the experiment, established in the process of implementation of the implementation principles and strategies, through a large number of teaching case analysis at the same time, achieved the effect after implementation is given.The fifth part is conclusion and reflection. Is given of the study, the conclusion and reflection, reflect on the shortcomings in the course of the teaching process of this study and the further research problems to be researched.Through the study, the auther hopes that it can bring enlightenment and reference to other colleagues of high school in biology important concept teaching.
