Class of reviewing test papers plays an important role in helping students find knowledge gaps and improve their ability of solving problems. It can also help teachers to find shortcomings in teaching. Through the investigation, deficiencies were found in the present class of reviewing test papers which reduced the efficiency of class teaching. because of lack scientific and efficient methods to guide the class, which made the students confused about the wrong reason. A set of effective teaching methods and strategies to guide the teaching in class of reviewing test papers in high school biology was of great significance.In this paper, three basic problems were solved using method of reverse reasoning:(1) how to analyze the answers to questions effectively?(2) how to find the cause of the error and correction?(3) how to analyze reviewing test papers and assesse and consolidate?In this paper, the current situations of application of reverse reasoning and study on reviewing test papers were analyzed firstly,then the reverse reasoning process were deeply analyzed and the application method and precautions of reverse reasoning in the course of lecture evaluation were expounded. And then the investigation method were used to analyze the present situation of the high school commenting on biological papers lesson, put forward the research questions. Then, the reverse reasoning method is used to guide the teaching practice of the senior high school biology examination paper, at the same time, reverse reasoning was used to guide the experimental research of education, and through the comparative analysis of self monitoring ability and achievement, the corresponding conclusion is obtained.The main conclusions of this study were: reverse reasoning using in class of reviewing test papers provided a powerful method of instruction, it can make the teaching effective, evaluation feedback timely and effectively, and it also can improve students' self-learning ability.
