With the society to improve the professional requirements of dance, dance vocational education has also been a new higher requirements. In this paper, a professional dance school in Guangzhou City, training professionals as an example, the art of professional institutions of professional dance in the education situation, the difficulties and problems, and the corresponding countermeasures, hoping to dance vocational schools Talent training has enlightened.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the background and significance of the topic, the present research situation, the research content and the method, as well as the technical route. The second part is related concepts and theoretical basis, introduces the concept of vocational education, personnel training, convergence of secondary vocational education, explain the combination of education and productive labor theory, cooperative education theory, to provide theoretical basis for this article. The third part is about the demand of dancing talents in secondary vocational schools and the status quo of dancing talents training mode in S vocational schools in Guangzhou. Taking the secondary vocational schools in Guangzhou as an example, this paper introduces the training objectives, professional settings, Curriculum system, professional teaching conditions, dual-qualified teachers and teaching methods, as well as vocational schools dance professional personnel training problems, including the S school's training objectives of the lack of hierarchical, curriculum content structure is low, Teaching conditions backward and weak teachers, teaching methods, leading to greater differences in learning motivation into the lack of vocational study. In the fourth part, according to the existing problems and the demand of the students entering the higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward the "3 + 2" mode of the training of the dance majors in secondary vocational schools, analyzes the content of the model, and then sets up the training objectives, Professional curriculum system, pay attention to teaching conditions and the convergence of teachers work and focus on teaching methods of convergence. The last part is an overview of the research results presented in this paper, hoping to be in the pedagogy, psychology and sociological point of view in-depth study.The "3 + 2" model proposed in this paper can be well received by students and parents, at the same time can meet the purpose of students to adapt to the further study, strengthen the connection between theoretical and practical courses in dance art, to a certain extent, Students a solid knowledge base, to enhance the performance of the dance and the director of the high-level skills.
