The connection between secondary and higher vocational education is an important way to construct modern vocational education system,train high-skilled applied talents and realize the sustainable development of students in Vocational colleges.As one of the training modes of connecting talents between secondary and higher vocational education,"three or two sub-sections" provide vocational graduates with ways to continue their further education,enhance the attraction of secondary vocational education,and effectively improve the efficiency of resource allocation of Vocational education.Based on the literature analysis of the training mode of connecting secondary and higher vocational education at home and abroad,focusing on the current situation of the implementation of the training mode of "three-two-stage" secondary and higher vocational education in Guangzhou,this paper studies the pilot colleges of "three-two-stage" in Guangzhou at present,aiming at grasping the current situation,finding problems and exploring feasible development strategies,aiming at the science of "three-two-stage" secondary and higher vocational education convergence.Effective development provides targeted countermeasures.By means of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and statistical analysis,this paper summarizes the overall situation of the pilot project of "three-two-stage" secondary and higher vocational education in Guangzhou,combs the current enrollment situation of the pilot project of "three-two-stage" secondary and higher vocational education in Guangzhou,and makes a detailed investigation on the current situation of the convergence of training objectives,professional settings and curriculum content.Through theoretical and empirical research,it is found that there are some problems in the convergence process of Guangzhou's "three-two-stage" secondary and higher vocational education,such as small enrollment and large loss of students,overlapping goals and unclear responsibility subjects,incomplete and large docking span of pilot majors,repetitive curriculum content and lack of professional characteristics.The reasons for these problems include the failure of the government to promulgate operational docking standards,the failure of docking institutions to construct adequate communication channels,and the insufficient motivation of students.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures: in the enrollment system,improve the "three-two-stage" enrollment system,rationally adjust the enrollment plan based on regional talent training needs,increase the "three-two-stage" propaganda,and establish an effective enrollment supervision mechanism;in the goal setting,clear the "three-two-stage" training goal orientation of the convergence of secondary and higher vocational education,and build a layered structure.Secondary,professional characteristics,and professional standards-oriented convergence objectives;in the pilot professional settings,improve the "three-two-stage" pilot professional settings,select high-tech and talent gap majors,improve the professional settings fit;in the curriculum convergence,improve the "three-two-stage" overall design curriculum system,and build a curriculum with multi-stakeholder participation Set up a system,a five-year integrated curriculum system of "three-two-section" in secondary and higher vocational colleges and a curriculum system of school-enterprise cooperation integration.Based on the above analysis of countermeasures,this paper summarizes and promotes the "three-two-stage" training mode of connecting talents between secondary and higher vocational education in order to provide reference for government departments in formulating relevant policies,do a good job in the extension and development of secondary vocational education,and open the bridge between secondary and higher vocational education.
