After school physical education is an important part of the school sports, in the full implementation of quality education today,more and more shows that extracurricular sports activities in the training of students' comprehensive quality has a unique role. The combination of physical education and extracurricular sports activities is the prerequisite to achieve the ultimate goal of school physical education, and also the key to the development of "Sunshine Sports". In 1990 promulgated the "school sports work" requirement: "ordinary primary and secondary schools, secondary schools, secondary schools of agriculture occupation day shall be arranged class-break setting-up exercise three times a week or more,extracurricular sports activities, to ensure one hour of physical activity every day students(including physical education)". 1995 the State Council promulgated the "People's Republic of China sports law" stipulates that schools should organize a variety of forms of after-school sports activities,to carry out extra-curricular training and sports competitions". The students in their spare time, using various physical exercises and a variety of methods, a variety of forms to develop physical fitness, improve health, improve the level of sports and enrich the amateur cultural life for the purpose of the sports education activities. It mainly includes exercises, class-break setting-up exercise, class sports activities, after-school sports training, competition andother forms of organization and content.The status quo and development trend of 5 middle schools in Wangmo county school sports as the research object, through the research methods of questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics, 5 middle schools in Wangmo County 500 students and 25 teachers were investigated, the main contents of the survey include: field facilities, training, training of students teachers, attitudes, opinions, leadership and funds makes investigation and analysis.The purpose of this study is to combine theory and practice,to participate in Wangmo county middle school extracurricular physical exercise as a starting point, to provide effective supervision, inspection data, and found that students participate in extracurricular physical exercise related factors affecting Wangmo County, puts forward countermeasures to solve the problems, and actively explore the county,suitable for me my county students extracurricular physical exercise training mode. This is to improve students' physical quality, Wangmo county to enhance their physical and mental health, promote moral, wisdom, body, as well as the all-round development of students' lifelong physical support in Chengdu will have important practical significance.(1) the organization Wangmo County Secondary School, part of the morning exercises, class-break setting-up exercise class sports activities such as content, lack of innovation and there is often occupied by the phenomenon, to a certain extent lead to the students' enthusiasm to participate in the two exercise is not very high.(2) Wangmo county middle school students participation motivation mainly focused on physical fitness, leisure and entertainment, emotion, etc.. Participation attitude, juniorhigh school students are more positive, and the enthusiasm of the boys is significantly higher than girls.(3) the main factors affecting the Wangmo county middle school students to participate in extracurricular physical exercise is the student's own factors, management factors,teacher factors and facilities factors, including students' own factors, facilities factors ranked in the top two.(4) the school leaders and PE teachers should strengthen the sports teaching organization and management; improve the quality of teachers, carry out regular professional training;strengthen the facilities and equipment maintenance and investment; to create a good campus sports culture. |
