Yingshang County has more suitable in after-school sports training ofstudent teams, but in recent years due to the influence of various factors, YingshangCounty junior high school, after-school sports training has restricted the developmentof extracurricular sports training in Yingshang County Health and orderly. This paperdeals with Yingshang County junior high school, Yingshang County, the TownshipCenter School and the town of natural junior high school, a total of29junior highschool in after-school sports training of coaches and athletes as the research object.And it mainly uses literature data method, questionnaire survey, expert interviews andother research methods. From the three aspects of the implementation and security ofcoaches, athletes and the training status of Yingshang County junior high school,after-school sports training for more in-depth investigation and study, through theanalysis of the influence of related factors and problems existing in the process ofexploring analysis, we draw the following conclusions:1, Anhui Province YingshangCounty junior high school extracurricular sports training coaches has less women,with less number of senior professional titles, Coaches pay attention to the cultureclass of athletes, training motivation generally have a utilitarian, no training grants,less to have a chance to get job training, pay attention to the students’ literacy classlearning, three types of schools, school counties as well as academic coaches, the agestructure is unreasonable.2, the athletes in male, concentrated in the ninth grade,participated in the project to athletics, handball, volleyball based, training motivationto obtain provincial key high school mainly, to participate in the annual number ofgames is more reasonable and the cultural course learning have a correctunderstanding.3, transported to the provincial professional team fewer students intraining and transported to other amateur sports teams and schools of a higher leveland more, before the election to the traditional experience, coaches withoutdeveloping awareness training plan and training means and methods are not scientific,performance is not significant, athletes parents who let the children join inafter-school sports training is to obtain a key high school, school leaders do not attachimportance to extracurricular sports training, training and lack of funding, venues andequipment problem are prominent.Based on the recommendations are as follows: first, counties as well as the juniormiddle school should recruit university undergraduate and above the coaches,appropriate adjustments to the men and women coaches’ proportion, create conditions, to provide more training opportunities for Township Center School and natural schoolcoaches. Next, the athlete must deal with the relationship between good literacy classlearning and after-school sports training, establish correct learning motivation, inparticular, to encourage counties as well as junior high school female students toparticipate in after-school sports training. Again, the training should be systematic andscientific, and cannot blindly train.
