Project Management Perspective:The Research Of Social Work Institutions To Participate In The Community Service

Nowadays,social work services have become the main way for social work organizations to participate in community services.Therefore,to improve the effectiveness of social work service project is bound to become the focus of social work agencies.In this context,this paper first based on the "project governance" theory,try to build a "social work agency project management framework" of the theoretical model;Secondly,through this theoretical model to specifically discuss and analyze the social work institutions to participate in community services and The work of each stage of the project tasks,work effectiveness,and its governance problems;Thirdly,it focuses on the countermeasures to improve the quality of social work organizations' participation in community service from four aspects: the identification of stakeholders,the role of project governance,the establishment of governance role relationship and the management of project governance risk.Finally,this paper argues that social work institutions can not participate in community services only single project,but in the multi-project coexistence of the circumstances involved,so the social work of the community to participate in community services,Social work agencies need to build a "multi-project governance platform" to lay the foundation for the realization of multi-project governance.Of course,this article eventually hopes to strengthen the study of social work projects,making it a way to reconcile social work "armed struggle",and ultimately promote social work project governance into a professional approach to help,to better achieve social work "Helping Self Help" value pursuit.
