In the recent years, Chinese volunteers have been widely regarded as a growing group. Thailand, as one of the countries with the largest number of Chinese volunteers,the solution of volunteers who volunteered to go to Thai to has become a highly anticipated and urgent problem to be solved. The thesis revolves around many difficult problems in the teaching of Chinese and Chinese volunteers, such as poor communication between teachers and students, developing reasonable teaching content of teachers, teaching objectives can not be completed on schedule, these problems hinder the smooth progress of Chinese teaching .This thesis discusses the series of problems in the teaching of Chinese in Thailand from the perspective of the difference of basic education concept between China and Thailand, and summarizes the experience of basic education with Thai characteristics and the experience of teaching in Thailand. Out of some of the volunteer in Thailand to teach and live in the teaching and life skills needed to help Chinese volunteers more quickly into the Thai culture and educational environment, to carry out successful teaching of Chinese as a foreign language.This thesis consists of six parts, the introduction including the selected topic background and the research status. The first part is the introduction of basic education in Thailand, basic education ideas and causes of Thai basic education,Thailand’s basic education target, examination and teaching materials, foreign language teaching, students characteristics, the relationship between teachers and students and the teaching situation of school in Thailand ,these seven aspects comparatively detailed analysis of the characteristics of the basic education in Thailand, and with it compares the similarities and differences in basic education in our country ;The second part addresses the teaching content of Chinese volunteers, by class instance of Thai, the vocabulary teaching, the part which cannot be ignored in primary Chinese teaching , part of the content of this part of the according to the author summed up the lessons learned during the teaching in Thailand to explore suitable for the primary stage on the basis of the Chinese learners’ classroom teaching mode and teaching content; The third part discusses the Chinese volunteers cross-cultural communication activities, including how to get along with students and colleagues, and the difficulties and problems in Chinese volunteer’s life; The fourth part aims to discuss how can Chinese volunteers finished successful intercultural communication in teaching and life , the last part is conclusion.
