Thailand’s fifth-grade language teaching situation is not optimistic,there are many problems in many areas.This paper is based on the case study of Wattanasuksa School in Phan County,Chiang Rai,Thailand,and rises to the fifth grade of Chinese language teaching in Thailand.Through the statistical analysis of the questionnaire for teaching materials and teaching methods and cultural differences of the fifth grade of primary school in Thailand,the paper is to analyze the teaching material selection and compiling of the fifth grade Chinese teaching in the primary school,and to compare the different effects with the specific teaching methods in the actual Chinese teaching process and to resolve the cultural conflict in teaching Chinese as a foreign language,and to put forward rational suggestions for the proposed problems,to explore how to carry out high-quality Chinese teaching,so as to improve the Thai primary school Chinese teaching.Chapter 2 analyzes the Chinese textbooks used in the fifth grade of the Wattanasuksa School in Phan County,Chiang Rai,Thailand,including the advantages and disadvantages of the "Chinese" series of teaching materials and the basic situation of the Wattanasuksa School using these textbooks.And then through the sample survey of Thailand’s 30 Chinese volunteer teachers,it’s to do statistics and comparative analysis for their use of high frequency of teaching materials.Finally,it points out the problems in the selection of fifth grade textbooks in primary schools in Thailand,and puts forward suggestions for rationalization.Chapter 3 discusses the general situation of Chinese language teaching in fifth grade of Thai primary school.Based on the questionnaire,the paper summarizes the teaching methods of six kinds of high frequency,and according to the characteristics of these teaching methods,the long-term teaching experiment is carried out in the way of classroom records.And then to analyze the different effects of different teaching methods according to the results of after-school test scores.This chapter reveals the advantages and disadvantages of each teaching method in different language knowledge sections,and provides the reference and suggestion for selecting the appropriate teaching method for factor teaching in teaching process.Chapter 4 studies the cross-cultural communication in the fifth grade Chinese teaching in Thailand.This chapter explores the language conflicts in Chinese classes,the nonverbal communication conflicts,the types of nonverbal communication,the causes of conflict in intercultural communication and the countermeasures of intercultural communication in Chinese classes.In addition,this chapter puts forward suggestions to solve the intercultural conflicts in practical teaching by interviewing and documenting cultural differences in the fifth grade of public schools in China.Chapter 5 is the conclusion,sums up the full view,points out the innovation and shortcomings of the paper.
